About us

the cubicle is a young organization in BPO industry in Bangladesh. Started the journey on October 2016 with a vision to create an identical service standard in industry. Expertise in Call Centre Outsourcing, Call Centre System, Market Research, Digital Marketing, Training & Development and HR outsourcing. Goal is client satisfaction to the fullest. We always strive to ensure our clients’ business KPI achievement alongwith Customer Satisfaction. the cubicle is always ready to go for an extra mile for its clients complying relevant government laws and regulations.

The management team

Founder & CEO of the cubicle. Worked in Samsung India Electronics as Head of Call Centre and Process Improvement & Quality Assurance Supervisor in Airtel. He has more than 10 years of experience in multi-channel Call Centre operation management, cost & budget management, new service innovation, customer retention programs, Process development and re-engineering, Service quality assurance, organizational cost optimization. He is a certified Lead auditor of ISO 27001:2005 (Information Security Management System) also. Attended number of international training & workshop on Customer Satisfaction & CS strategy development during his work for different organizations.

Co-founder & COO. Came from a group of business background in Real Estate, Distributionship of Electronics & Home appliances and Trading business. A successful businessman with insights of development of new business and manage the company with a sound knowledge in customer insight and psychology.

Co-founder & IT Director. Expertise in Call Centre IT infra set up for different BPO and medium scale business organizations. Worked for Brac and a few other NGO as an external IT Consultant to set up necessary infrastructure. Has in depth knowledge in e-commerce, CRM development and renowned Call Solution System (e.g. Avaya, Cisco) deployment.

Consultant. Robust knowledge in Business Process development, Project migration, New project deployment and Process outsourcing. Worked for different international organization abroad. A certified Lead auditor of ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management) and Green Belt for Project Management.

Director, Sales & Marketing, Europe & USA. More than 12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing field of Automobile, BPO and IT industries. His business intelligence and data analysis driven decision making capability made the companies leading in competitive market. Worked for Ford in US market, for airtel in Bangladesh market, for Emirates in Gulf market and for IPE group in UK.
